STUDIO REFUND POLICY

ONLINE and IN-STUDIO BOOKINGS for INDIVIDUAL CLASSES

Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advanced.
Classes will automatically be deducted from your class package or you can purchase single classes with any debit card ( excluding AMEX).
Early Cancellations : class bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the commencement of the class.
If you paid by class package, your class will be credited back to your account.
Reception will not be bale to process any cancellations.
Late Cancellation: any cancellations made after this time within 24 hours of the commencement of the class,
you will not be credited back to your class or refunded.

ONLINE & IN-STUDIO BOOKINGS for COURSES and WORKSHOPS

When booking for Course and Workshops please note that we can only provide a full refund
(less £10 admin fee) for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date.

Once you have committed to a course or workshop it is your responsibility to attend the scheduled number of sessions.
For online purchases you will receive confirmation of your order by email. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct and notify us immediately if there are any errors.
If we are unable to fullfil part or all of your order or if there is an error in your order, we will advise you as soon as possible.
If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fullfil we will immediately refund you by the same method you paid us,
or the option of being transferred into an alternative event.

Please note that offers, memberships, class packages and gift cards are not refundable.
